I painted magical dreams as my escape from the intifada in Jerusalem. I remembered my childhood, the beauty of the surroundings, the nature and softness, the childhood holidays by the sea. These dreams and fantasies gave me strength and inspiration. The circular form was a way of protecting me through these difficult times.
